Can I buy a top and a bottom in different sizes?

Yes — that is the whole idea. Every bikini top and bikini bottom is its own product with its own size. Pick each half in the size that fits, in the mix studio or on each product page.

Do the tops and bottoms have to match?

No. Each line (Halo, Saturn, Nova…) has a top and a bottom in the same colour if you want a matching set, but all pieces use the same gold-tone rings, so any top works with any bottom.

What are the rings made of?

Zinc alloy with gold-tone plating, in three sizes: 20, 28 and 36 mm outer diameter. Each product page tells you which size it uses and where.

Will the rings tarnish?

Chlorine, salt, sunscreen and heat slowly dull any plating. Rinse after every swim, pat the ring dry and keep oils and perfume off it — see Ring care. A ring that cracks, bends, comes loose or flakes after a short time of normal use is a fault, and we will put it right.

What fabric is the swimwear made of?

Each piece is described by its surface: matte, fine rib or crinkle. The exact fibre composition is printed on the sewn-in care label. If you need it before you order, email us and we will send it.

Does the swimwear offer sun protection or chlorine resistance?

We make no claims about UV protection, chlorine resistance or shaping. Please use sunscreen as usual.

Can I return swimwear?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unworn, with tags and hygiene liner in place. Try it on over your underwear. Customers in the EU, the UK and Norway also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details: Returns & Refunds.

Which currencies can I pay in?

USD, EUR, GBP, DKK, SEK, NOK, CHF and AUD. The currency follows your delivery country; you can change it with the language and currency button at the top of every page. You pay in the currency shown at checkout.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

One flat rate per order, between 7 GBP and 99 NOK depending on the country, and usually 6–12 business days after dispatch. See Shipping for every country.

Will I pay customs charges?

For deliveries to Norway and Switzerland, and sometimes to the EU and the UK, the destination country may charge import VAT or duty on delivery. If we know before dispatch that this will apply, we tell you and you can cancel free of charge. Details on our Shipping page.

Is paying on this site safe?

Yes. The whole site uses an encrypted HTTPS connection and payments are handled by our payment providers, certified to PCI DSS. We never see or store your full card number. Your statement will show ORBAVIE.

Do you offer discount codes?

No. Our prices are the same for everyone, and we do not run countdown sales or newsletter discounts.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Until your order is dispatched, yes — email us with your order number straight away. After dispatch, you can return it as described in Returns & Refunds.
